How I got my start in Training

If can think back to my earliest my moments of wanting to do speaking, I remember sitting in an entrepreneurship class in college during my Science, Engineering and Technology education and I was drawn in to watching business owners share their stories about themselves and their businesses. I knew that I wanted to go beyond a technical career and do speaking and training.
Shortly after college I joined a toastmasters club and several years later I began a journey of growth in speaking and team leadership which lasted 5 years.
Along that time I performed training for several leadership levels in the district while also regularly perform facilitating of several different classes for members. I knew that I wanted to make facilitating as one of my offerings in my career.
During my toastmasters journey I met individuals providing training in the Cybersecurity industry. I became certified and we partnered together to form a Nonprofit chapter currently serving members locally and globally on CyberSafety, Ai and Genertaive Ai.
